The display lights up and it all looks good, then I’d press the button to boil and it seemed like it was working and then I’d notice it’d just wasn’t doing anything. This happened occasionally, now it doesn’t seem to work at all. Might be an easy fix, might not - I don’t know. I also don’t know if the problem is with the base or the actual kettle. Note that there is general wear to the machine especially around the spout.
