In good working condition. Comes with everything shown in the pictures. *reading reviews on this machine, it seems the milk frother isn’t great for heating milk. I drink my coffee black so haven’t tried that. The kids frothed some milk with it but don’t think they cared if it was warm or not. Believe it’s a product issue, not this item specific.
