it is in full working order. includes the yellow service disc . the only minor issue is the water tank lid has a tiny bit of plastic missing. so it sits on fine but you just have to lift it completely off to fill the water rather than lift up like a hinge . really doesn't cause an issue though . works just great . no pods included .
