the machine pulls espresso, but the dial to switch between espresso and steam has been damaged and the inside bracket need replacing, the part shown with it is the replacement part from what my partner tells me, but she has since ordered a new machine instead. shouldn't be too much trouble to fix for somebody who knows what they're doing
