Recently serviced, to clean the solenoid valve, now finding a slow drip from brew head. Machine has been used quite a bit and there are surface scratches, but no deep scratches or dents. There is a pilot light missing from the front fascia. See photos. The water reservoir has a burn on one side see photos but no leaks. Similarly the portafila handle is deformed by a burn and a replacement handle is provided. It comes with a stainless steel metal drip tray which replaces the plastic one and allows to taller cups to be used. I’m also including a high quality stainless steel tamper which weighs 485 grams. Clearly not a kitchen queen but it does work!
