It started with some minor issues when I first received my product, but by August it was already experiencing performance problems. The display lights were dimming away, and I couldn't even get a decent night's sleep because they would flicker on and off randomly.

As the months went by, things only got worse - in November, three out of four display lights had stopped working altogether, leaving me with nothing but dark screens to contend with. The two large plates were also failing, refusing to heat up even when I pressed their buttons repeatedly.

But that was just the beginning. It wasn't until later that year, when one of my own items started causing an alarm every time it covered a screen, that I realized just how thoroughly this product had failed me. And to make matters worse, despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I couldn't get even a fraction of a refund for the defective item.

It's clear that this product was never designed with our needs in mind - and now I've had to shell out good money to replace it, only to be left with a subpar experience.

I've made some adjustments for you.

It's been two weeks since I started using this product, and overall I'm really happy with how it works. One thing that might take a bit of getting used to is the lack of an explicit timer display. Despite this minor quirk, I've found myself using this feature quite effectively. The system is incredibly user-friendly and simple to navigate.
