I managed to get it going again but it stopped again soon after so I suspect a part has overheated and needs to be replaced. The steamer does work but not fully, it doesn't stop immediately when turned off and does dribble some water out. Otherwise in good condition with a few light scratches. Comes with water tank and all other original accessories. Does not come in original box.
