Very easy to use adapter. Drop the adapter into the machine, add capsule, add lid. Push the start button on the machine. The adapter comes out clean, with just a bit of coffee on the lid. This was an 'emergency' purchase for me, but l was pleasantly surprised by the high quality. it's a really sturdy, well made item. Used a few times after l bought small/standard Nespresso pods only to find that the Nespresso machine at an office that l used to visit had a Vertuo machine.
