I removed a section of the lid hinge so the lid can be easily detached for cleaning; this does not affect the appliance's operation. Please check the photos; there are some signs of use. It features 12 functions for making dough for bread, cakes, pies, and other specialties; a 1kg dough capacity; a 1-hour pre-heating cycle; and an automatic shut-off system. It is very energy-efficient—one of the best on the market. The manual and original box are not included, but the manual is available online.
