Used, but tested and confirmed to be in full working order. Complete with all the parts and accessories shown in the photos. The juicer has some cosmetic wear and tear from everyday use, including scuffs, scratches, and marks. I have given it a wipe down, but since it has been in storage quite a while, it would benefit greatly from a thorough deep clean.
