We were particularly pleased when we purchased this hob, its sleek design really caught our eye. We had it fitted by a skilled gas fitter, who took care to ensure that everything was properly assembled and installed. Despite some minor issues with ease of installation, the overall process went smoothly and we were able to get started right away. One area where things didn't quite gel was in terms of cleaning - the glass edge can be a bit tricky to maintain, but our cleaning routine has largely ironed out this problem.

One thing that's stood out to us is the design of the hob itself - it does present some challenges when trying to clean around the curves. Fortunately, we've found a solution to seal any gaps where the glass meets the work surface with silicone, which has been effective in keeping things tidy. However, there is one more issue we'd like to bring up: the main burner. It seems that simply forcing the nob backward and forward several times isn't enough to get it lit - we need to do some deliberate movement of the burner to coax a spark. On one occasion, we've also noticed that the gas was burning with a faint yellow tint, which is likely due to a poor gas-air mixture that produces carbon monoxide. This has led us to become more vigilant and monitor our usage closely - if this happens again, we'll have no choice but to return the item for a replacement or refund.

The main issue here seems to be related to the quality of the gas supply, which appears to be causing problems with combustion. We're taking steps to address these issues by monitoring our usage more closely and exploring options for upgrading to a different type of gas if necessary.
