It offers 10 drink programs and 4 milk froth presets to brew high-quality espresso, regular filter coffee, and cold brew from home. it's new, but opened and inspected. it's very, very heavy. I'm selling because it was gifted to me (unfortunately, because of this i do not have the receipt), but I don't drink coffee that much and it's too big for my kitchen!
